terms & conditions
The conditions for using kayr.co and the administrative services associated with Kayr care. Effective September 25, 2026.
scope and acceptance
These Terms govern access to kayr.co and related administrative coordination by KAYR LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The patient intake and account are available through get.kayr.co; additional terms presented there may apply to that service. You should review the terms shown during enrollment before accepting them.
Using this public website alone does not create a patient-provider relationship or authorize a charge. The patient portal requires acceptance of the Terms before purchase and records the accepted version and timestamp. Any disclosed payment authorization governs the transaction.
eligibility and your account
Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older located in the United States. Care depends on the state where you are physically located during the consultation, practitioner licensure, applicable law, and a clinician’s independent assessment. Do not use another person’s identity, location, or payment method without authority.
Provide accurate and current intake information, including your medical history and medications. Protect account credentials and promptly tell [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
independent clinical care and pharmacies
Kayr coordinates access to telehealth services; licensed clinicians associated with DrTelx independently evaluate patients and make clinical decisions. Licensed pharmacy partners dispense and ship prescriptions. Kayr does not itself diagnose, prescribe, compound, or dispense medication.
A consultation, listing, or payment does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, particular formulation, or result. Your clinician may require a live visit, additional information, testing, or in-person care, or decline treatment. Follow the clinician’s and pharmacy’s instructions for any prescribed medication.
telehealth, emergencies, and medication information
Remote care has technical and clinical limitations. Review the Telehealth Consent before receiving care, and obtain any state-specific information required during intake. Kayr and its partner services are not emergency services. If you may have an emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency department.
The GLP-1 offerings described on this site may be compounded. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved or reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Review our Important Safety Information and discuss the risks and alternatives with your clinician.
pricing, renewals, and cancellation
Published plan prices describe the current catalog. Message-based medical reviews have no consultation fee. If a video call is required, a $30 fee is charged only after treatment is approved; Kayr covers the consultation cost when treatment is declined. Shipping is included; ordered laboratory work may cost extra. One-, three-, and six-month plans are billed for their full selected interval and renew at that interval until canceled. The renewal amount, frequency, and cancellation process are disclosed before payment authorization.
KAYR LLC is the merchant of record for Kayr plans when checkout is enabled. Checkout and payment processing are not yet fully available. No charge is authorized by viewing this page. The patient portal must disclose recurring billing and obtain payment authorization before charging. Treatment-plan payments are processed only after clinical approval. See the Refund Policy for completed services, pending orders, and prepaid periods.
permitted use and ownership
Use the website lawfully for personal purposes. Do not impersonate someone, seek medication by misrepresentation, interfere with security, upload malicious content, or scrape or reuse the service in a way that impairs it or violates others’ rights.
Kayr’s name, design, and original site content are protected by their owners. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Links to external services have their own terms and privacy practices.
privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy describes information handled in connection with this site and the administrative service. The independent clinical practice and dispensing pharmacy may have separate privacy notices for their records. Use the patient portal for sensitive care information rather than ordinary email.
Service-related messages may be sent through the contact methods you provide, subject to applicable law and your communication choices. Marketing texts and emails require any consent applicable to that channel; these Terms alone do not enroll you in marketing.
disputes and individual arbitration
Before starting a formal claim about Kayr’s administrative services, send a written description of the issue and requested resolution to [email protected]. Kayr will have 30 days to try to resolve it informally. This procedure does not prevent you from seeking urgent relief where applicable law permits.
Except for claims eligible for small claims court or claims that applicable law requires to remain in court, disputes between you and KAYR LLC concerning these Terms or Kayr’s administrative services will be decided by individual binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator may grant relief available under applicable law. No class, collective, or representative proceeding is authorized to the extent the law permits. This provision does not govern a clinical malpractice claim against an independent provider or a dispensing dispute with a pharmacy.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. Include your name, account email, mailing address, and a clear request to opt out. Opting out does not affect other Terms. If a class waiver cannot be enforced for a particular dispute, a court will decide that dispute and the remaining Terms will continue where lawful.
Wyoming law governs Kayr’s administrative Terms, except where mandatory law of your location controls. If a dispute is heard in court, venue is in the appropriate state or federal court in Wyoming unless applicable law provides otherwise. No clause here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
changes, questions, and legal notices
We may change website features and revise these Terms prospectively. We will identify an updated version and provide notice where required. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
