KAYR LLC operates kayr.co. The patient intake and account are reached at get.kayr.co, where the platform operator, independent medical practice, and pharmacies may handle additional information under their own notices. This policy describes Kayr’s practices to the extent Kayr receives or controls information; it does not replace a clinical provider’s Notice of Privacy Practices.

information you give us

When you contact Kayr, we receive what you submit, such as contact details and the message. The careers form requests name, email, area of interest, an introduction, and an optional resume or portfolio link. Do not send medical records or payment credentials through ordinary email or the careers form.

A clinical intake may request identity and contact details, location, medical history, medications, allergies, and other information needed to evaluate care. The operator of get.kayr.co and the treating practice should disclose their own handling of that information at collection. Kayr will update this policy if its access or role changes.

technical information

The public website and its infrastructure may process connection information, browser or device details, page requests, timestamps, and security logs. The careers endpoint uses a hashed network address and time information for abuse prevention. Browser settings may store functional cookies or similar data.

Marketing trackers are planned but are not yet implemented. Before they are added to kayr.co or get.kayr.co, Kayr must update this notice and implement any required consent or opt-out controls. Functional cookies, analytics, and third-party infrastructure still require an actual production inventory.

why information is used

Kayr uses information it receives to answer questions, process career inquiries, maintain site and account security, coordinate requested administrative services, and meet legal obligations. Clinical providers use information to decide whether to offer care; pharmacies use information needed to fill and ship an authorized prescription.

When checkout is enabled, KAYR LLC will be the merchant of record and a payment processor will handle the information needed to collect charges and issue refunds. The public website does not collect card payments today.

sharing and independent recipients

Kayr shares information as needed with service providers supporting hosting, email, support, and security, and with independent clinicians, pharmacies, or the portal operator when needed to arrange the services you request. Information may also be disclosed when lawfully required, to protect users and the service, or with your permission.

Do not assume Kayr has access to every clinical record. Medical record requests should be directed to the treating practice, and prescription questions to the dispensing pharmacy. We can help route a request when you contact us.

HIPPA compliance and health information security

When you receive medical services through Kayr LLC, the medical information you share with your independent provider, and the information generated about your treatment, is “Protected Health Information” (PHI). PHI is governed by the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and the Notice of Privacy Practices that your provider or partner pharmacy makes available to you. Kayr LLC acts as a business associate to the providers and pharmacies that hold the patient relationship and processes PHI only as permitted by HIPAA and the relevant business-associate agreements.

retention and choices

We keep information for the time needed for the relevant purpose and applicable legal requirements. Exact retention periods depend on the record and the organization that holds it. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, or an applicable privacy choice; we may need to verify your identity and may direct clinical-record requests to the responsible practice.

State privacy laws may provide additional rights, including appeals or limits on certain uses. We will respond in accordance with the law applicable to the request. You may opt out of optional marketing through the instructions in a message if marketing is offered.

children, changes, and contact

Kayr’s care service is intended for adults. If you believe a child submitted information to Kayr improperly, contact us. We will date material changes to this policy and provide additional notice when required.
