A provider reviews your history and may ask for more information. An online visit does not guarantee a prescription. The next step depends on the evaluation, and it may involve additional testing or a different care setting.
If treatment is offered, ask what it involves, what follow-up looks like, and who to contact with questions. You should understand the plan before you start it.
know the costs before you decide
Message-based reviews have no consultation fee. If a video call is required, a $30 fee is charged only after treatment is approved. Shipping is included in the listed treatment prices, and lab tests cost extra if needed.
Ask which charges apply to your plan and when they are collected. A clear answer about cost is part of a useful conversation about care.
